Member of Dem Franchize Boyz Dies From Cancer
Dem Franchize Boyz was one of the more popular Atlanta rap groups from the 2000s. Consisting of four group members, Parlae (born Maurice Gleaton), Pimpin’ (Jamal Willingham), Jizzal Man (Bernard Leverette), and Buddie (Gerald Tiller), the group released ultimate hits like “White Tee,” “Oh, I Think They Like Me,” and “Lean wit It, Rock wit It.”
Although they haven’t made hits in a while, the group experienced recognizable fame and just recently performed together at the 2019 Essence Music Festival in New Orleans. Fans didn’t know it would be the last time they’d lean and rock with the group as a whole as one of the members recently passed away from cancer.
